Who we are

Transform With Hemant is an online fitness coaching service run by Hemant Sihag. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it and the choices you have.

What we collect

We only collect what we need to reply to you and coach you:

• Details you give us in the form: name, WhatsApp number, country and your goals.
• Details you share during coaching: body measurements, training history, food habits, progress photos and health notes you choose to share.
• Basic technical data: browser type, device, pages visited and the site that referred you. This is collected by analytics and advertising tools (see the Cookie Policy).

How we use it

We use your information to:

• Contact you on WhatsApp or email about your enquiry and book your free consultation.
• Build, deliver and adjust your coaching plan.
• Understand how visitors use the site and measure which ads and pages work, so we can improve them.
• Meet legal, tax and accounting duties.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business, such as hosting, form processing, messaging, payment, analytics and advertising providers. They may only use it to provide their service to us.

We may also share information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become clients are deleted within 12 months. Client records are kept while you are coached and for up to 3 years after, unless the law requires longer.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you can ask to see, correct, download or delete your information, or object to how we use it. You can also stop marketing messages at any time by replying STOP or telling us. Email us to make any request.

Security

We use reputable providers and limit who can see your data. No online service is completely secure, so please do not send information you are not comfortable sharing.

Children

Coaching is for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes and contact

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
