Refund and Cancellation Policy

Free consultation
The consultation call is free. There is nothing to cancel or refund.
Paid programs
You can ask for a full refund within 7 days of payment if your coaching plan has not been delivered yet. Once your personalised plan has been delivered, fees for the current billing period are not refundable, because the work has been done for you.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time before your next billing date and you will not be charged again. Coaching continues until the end of the period you have paid for.
How to ask
Email hello@transformwithhemant.com with your name and payment date. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 10 working days. Your bank may take longer to show it.
